A Raspberry Gose brewed with a new yeast developed by the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Brewed with pilsner and wheat, a touch of salt, and a load of fresh raspberry puree. A throwback to our first sour brewed at VBC.

The beer we brewed for the very first time just hours after our Eagles won their very first Super Bowl. This German ale is brewed with Vienna malt and wheat with a touch of bitterness from German Mandarina Bavaria hops.
