Dela We Are is an annual collaborative beer brewed to support the Delaware Brewers Guild. This year we brewed our biggest beer yet, a 12% ABV Belgian inspired Imperial Stout brewed with Delaware malt and aged on cacao nibs.

The beer we brewed for the very first time on our ‘new to us’ 1.5 bbl equipment just hours after our Eagles won their very first Super Bowl. This German ale is brewed with Vienna malt and wheat with a touch of bitterness from German Mandarina Bavaria hops.

A Raspberry Gose brewed with a new yeast developed by the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Brewed with pilsner and wheat, a touch of salt, and a load of fresh raspberry puree. A throwback to our first sour brewed at VBC.

When the weather forecast calls for trouble, you turn to Bolaris. Our seasonal winter ale brewed in the style of a scotch wee-heavy. Dark, malty-sweet body, a heavy dose of maple syrup, and a touch of cinnamon and vanilla.  Gently hopped with German Polaris hop and served on Nitro for the first time!

A traditional German ale brewed with equal parts wheat and pilsner malt. Very light, very smooth, and very drinkable. The German yeast adds subtle notes of banana and clove without overpowering this cool weather quaffer.

Our Light Lager! Clean and crisp and brewed with german hops. Crisp, light, refreshing

Brewed every Oct since 2017, we use 100 pounds of fresh, roasted autumn buckskin pumpkins grown in the fields of Filasky farms just off Bunker Hill Rd and local, artisan pie spice from Asabasa Spice Co. This ale requires a little extra elbow grease but it’s uniquely Middletown.

In a nod to the great history of Middletown. Dead Poets IPA lets you sound your barbaric yawp over the rooftops of the world. Brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt, hopped with Denali and Huell Melon and dry-hopped with Huell Melon and Citra. 10% of all Dead Poets pint sales are donated to the Everett Theater.

A holiday blended saison brewed with corriander, orange peel, and a splash of cranberry! "The most enduring traditions of the season are best enjoyed in the warm embrace of kith and kin"...and a 8.5% saison!
