Dela We Are is an annual collaborative beer brewed to support the Delaware Brewers Guild. This year we brewed our biggest beer yet, a 12% ABV Belgian inspired Imperial Stout brewed with Delaware malt and aged on cacao nibs.

Traditional deep amber ale with a rich, malty flavor, gently hopped and fermented with an English ESB yeast. Low ABV for those warm spring afternoons.

Love Hurts is our newest hazy IPA crafted for those who know that success is all about putting in the work. Packed with Citra hops, it 'Keeps the Main Thing the Main Thing' delivering vibrant notes of citrus, mango, and pineapple. Tipping the scales at a hazy 7.5% ABV, Love Hurts is the perfect companion for the weekend.

A Raspberry Gose brewed with a new yeast developed by the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Brewed with pilsner and wheat, a touch of salt, and a load of fresh raspberry puree. A throwback to our first sour brewed at VBC.

When the weather forecast calls for trouble, you turn to Bolaris. Our seasonal winter ale brewed in the style of a scotch wee-heavy. Dark, malty-sweet body, a heavy dose of maple syrup, and a touch of cinnamon and vanilla.  Gently hopped with German Polaris hop and served on Nitro for the first time!

There’s always a ‘buzz’ when this beer is on tap. Light and refreshing wheat ale with a clean, dry finish. OBHW is brewed with over 20 lbs of local honey from Blackbird Creek bees and hopped with Galaxy and Saaz.

Old Bohemia Creek Light is the lager that was made for your favorite outdoor activity - crisp and light with a splash of lime. Brewed with pilsen malt, a touch of wheat, New Zealand hops, and fresh lime juice.

The beer we brewed for the very first time on our ‘new to us’ 1.5 bbl equipment just hours after our Eagles won their very first Super Bowl. This German ale is brewed with Vienna malt and wheat with a touch of bitterness from German Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Our newest Hazy in the Science Notes line of hazy, citrusy IPAs. Forensic is brewed with a blend of citra and New Zealand Superdelic hops. Dank aroma with a juicy flavor, evidence never tasted this good!

Porter with the unmistakable smokiness of peat. We brewed this batch will a special blend of local Delaware barley and barley smoked with peat. Peat has been used for centuries to give Scottish whiskey its distinctive flavor. It's a great beer to sip while waiting for the winter winds to user in spring rain.

Vuarnet Soleil (vwar-NAY soh-LAY) is our golden-hour tribute to those who chase the last light—whether you're hiking White Clay, kayaking Silver Lake, or just watching the sun set behind the Dash In. This Belgian Blonde is crisp and quietly complex, with a soft malt backbone and aromas of citrus, white grape, and floral spice, thanks to Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin hops. Light enough to refresh, bold enough to remember.
